You will be badly missed around here tiggs, what ever your reasons for leaving, weither fired or quit, SOE don't deserve someone so dedicated to there work, to only be used as an escape goat.

Who is spreading rumors of tiggs being fired? Only thing happened today that can be varified was her forum name changed from Dev... to normal user (green (pilot)) then to community rep then back to Dev. This is all that can be confirmed to happen today.
Gawd forbid if Tiggs has been fired, which I don't understand why, then I'm calling for the job of her boss. He/She seriouslly doesn't recognise the amount of grief she had to put up for him/her. Sack someone who deserves to be sacked!!

Err yes. That was a misstake SOE. Tiggs was one of the few who did something here!

If this is indeed true, a great wrong has been done here, and may not be able to be righted. Tiggs has been a cornerstone of this game and community for a very long time.
by firing her, SOE sends the last message any real vet needs to hear to leave this game, and SOE behind, forever.
No tiggs=NO SWG= no SOE.
If she is gone, I hope she finds a company to work for that truly values her skills and abilities, and doesnt make her a figurehead or puppet on their strings.
if this is true SOE, you have now at last rang your own funeral bells..

i doubt im alone in saying: good riddance?
i did not find her to be the best customer service rep, she often didn't know wth she was talking about. it is better to say, i am not sure i need to find out, rather than say crap that isnt true. at least imo. it is better to be thought a fool, than lie like an ass and remove all doubt
and as others have said, she was often tactless and sometimes rude.
i love how ppl defend her and say, it isnt her fault, everyone was so mena to her, blah blah brown nose brown nose.
guess what? it is HER JOB to take the heat. it is her JOB to represent soe to us. it is her JOB to be informative, to be a liason between us, and it is her responsibility in that job to deal with the community no matter how unhappy or angry we are. she gets paid, it aint like she was vollunteering. and anyone who has done a similar job should understand that.
