Sorry to post against the main thrust of this thread but lets face it....whether you liked her or not...she had failed as a Community Relations person.
Simple fact after what they said and did to us, no way anyone could really believe what she had to say...whether she is a scape goat or not...she never ever took the time to discuss or post in any thread that had a serious question to the Dev group other than concern is forwarded or working as intended...that ultimately fanned the flames of forum discontent.
You cannot ignore serious consumer questions for months on end and then be taken seriously. Or for that matter deny the Starter Kit and then less than a week later be taking bug submissions on the NGE...
Too bad it's only her, she doesn't deserve the sole blame...
