and as others have said, she was often tactless and sometimes rude.
i love how ppl defend her and say, it isnt her fault, everyone was so mena to her, blah blah brown nose brown nose.
guess what? it is HER JOB to take the heat. it is her JOB to represent soe to us. it is her JOB to be informative, to be a liason between us, and it is her responsibility in that job to deal with the community no matter how unhappy or angry we are. she gets paid, it aint like she was vollunteering. and anyone who has done a similar job should understand that.
And now you won't hear ANYTHING on the forums from SOE. Tiggs was basically the only person that worked forSOE that dealt with the community.
You people think that you had a problem with getting questions answered by developers???
It just got ALOT worse.

I agree. This was a lousy time to get rid of her. I suspect there will be a replacement at some point, however, it seems that there is a lot of information that needs to be given to the community between now and November 15. I've noticed that some of the other developers have posted some messages, but I'd rather they be working on fixes instead of talking to the community. We need more communication right now, not less.
Final straw.
Cancelled my remaining account.
Ive no idea if she was pushed or she jumped...but SWG is doomed now as no-one will step in with as much help that she has offered in the last few days.

Looking at Dev Tracker she had posts after 1 a.m last night and again at 7:30 this morning. She has clearly been working incredible hours since this NGE stuff broke. Because she has been the human face of the game company she has taken the most shots. Because she has actually been out there responding to people as best as she was allowed to respond, she gets the blame for everything by a large portion of angry people.
Well everyone, you have lost the human face this company still had. You lost professionalism, grace, humor, and someone who actually cared about what people were asking and who I am quite sure went to bat for the players time and time again.
In her honor, if I can figure out how to do a sig I am going to to use what someone posted above : Tiggs shot first! I hope she did, I hope she told em off, I hope she nailed them with her ever handy bottle of ketchup. I hope she gets snapped up by another more humane company soon.
