Thread: What is the WEAPON ASSEMBLY cap?

There is a +25 cap on anything that you get with SEAs, but if you have a racial bonus then that is added as well. I think there are a few races that get +10 to weapon assembly, so you could go up to 135.
Hope this helps

its a bonus to assembly not experimentation
Whoops. you're right. i knew it was assembly, but typed experimentation. maybe i thought if i typed it out, it would come true.

as stated the cap IS +25, however its always nice to have extra, as it gives your customers more confidence in your wares.
as an FYI, my character has +45 assembly, and in 6 months, i've only had a crit fail on assembly 5 times. and ALL 5 times were on Advanced Vibro Motors, which have a BASE complexity of 40. that is almost 2x what any other weaponsmith item i regularly make has.
That is the only thing i used to crit fail on when i had +25 assembly (+15 tapes, +10 species). I haven't crit failed on Adv Vibro Motors with +35 yet. *crosses fingers*
Crit failing on assembly with Nym motors suck. =/

Exactly what seems to happen to me. Any crit failures I get seem to be on them too, which isn't really a bad thing as the motors arerelatively plentiful.

It use to suck cause nym motors were sorta hard to get. I had some guy try to tell me that his nym motors were worth 3.5m credits for a lot of 4 because he saw a high end nym vk go for a bit over a million lol. that was a few months back, extortion i tell ya.
I dont mind failing on nym units. Cause if u do, just go find 20 more in a buff session.

my combat alt single-handedly boosts the Lokian Economy.
once a week Nym must hire a new army of guards.
