I was grinding out and got to heavt warheads, so i thought hey ill make some of those. I read they give quite a bit more than barrels on one of the above threads, so why not? The onyl problem is, when I get to the crafting tool, its not there. Do I need to grind out the techniques tree to be able to make them? I'm at the moment only 0/0/3/0 wepsmith. Is this the problem? complexity? thanks for any and all answewrs ahead of time!!

I am pretty sure you have to have a weapon, droid and general crafting tool and be near a private weapon, droid and general crafting station for them to show up. I think the complexity is too high even for the public stations.
