What are decent stats for a stun baton w/ no enhancements or anything?

Unsliced, no powerup, and withoutenhancements:

Mine are 91-136 2.5 speed

Hmm...I dont know what I'm doing wrong...I used geo cores and good resources and I am only getting 115mx dmg. What should my Power conditioner's stats look like?

Doesnt matter, concentrate on your polysteel copper and other metals that need to be high SR. Power Conditioner adds nothing to a stun baton.

Power conditioners are unimportant, so don't worry about them.

And stop using the geo cores...they're terrible. The advanced reinforcement cores will serve you much better.
