I noticed it as well, but I wouldn't be overly concerned. I don't think she's logged into the forums in quite a while. I haven't heard from her since taking this job (sadly). I imagine that it might simply be SOE "culling the ranks" of Blue Glowies who have let their accounts expire.
This is all speculation on my part, I don't know any more than you do... but I did notice it as well.

Logix's Blue Glowie status on the forums has been revoked for some reason, wonder why.
