maybe I am missing something...
I am a 10point smith.. I am trying to make a T21.
currently, my t21 is 7.6spd/170-398. I want over 400 max
my stocks are weak at 36/36
my ABRB is 11/11
my ABPH is 19/38
my alantium is 932 OQ
my polonium is 931OQ/111 cond
my ditanium is 865OQ/465 cond
I am using a copper at 978OQ/908 cond
my rainbow gem is 994 OQ
are my handlers weak? I know my stocks are. I have seen them at 40/40.
and that 4 more points would put me over the 400. but I know something
is missing. any help would take away alot of my frustration.

Threre's nothing really wrong per se, it's just that almost all of your materials/components are a couple points below where they could be.
The stocks can be around 40
ABPH can get to 41ish
ABRB can probably get a point or two higher (don't knowas i rarely use them)
Your resources are quite good, but there's almost always room for slight improvement.
I wouldn't feel too bad about your stats. 398's nothing to sneeze at. Just keep looking for ways to make those marginal improvements, and you'll get there soon enough.

On the stocks, make sure you start out using 6 experiment points, then 2 and 2. If you get at least great sucesses, you should be up to 40/40 stocks unless your wood/linksteel aluminum is really low SR. As for the handlers, it looks like you need to try and get some better resources for those (either try to buy some from a weaponsmith who has been there for awhile or hope your server gets a good spawn soon).

There isn't a quick fix method, most of your resources are good, ditatnium could be pushed into 900+ oq.
Stocks could be pushed higher fairly easily. Keep crafting some and you'll make some 40/40s.
Basically as before, nothing wrong, everythings just a bit lower than you could get. Try crafting more stocks then making a schem.
