I have done a little research and haven't found much on this topic. In my experience with weapons the normal attacks and special attacks that don't specifically deal wound damage the wound damage hasn't been that significant. As far as I know, disease and fire DoTs are the only way to efficiently to inflict wound damage. I have never seen a 100%+ wound weapon used...so I guess my question is what would a 100%+ wound weapon do in PvE and PvP.
