What is better in the Advanced Stock Schematic
Ideal Range Mod: 2
or
Ideal Range Mod: 6
And why?

Um....
The 6.
Because it's a higher number.
If you want statistical evidence as to why it's better: I can't help you.
But a higher Ideal Range Mod is better than a lower one.

The 6 would be better.
The why is because the 6 is referring to the bonus granted when shooting from ideal range, so higher bonuses are better.
