Mine has 4 sockets - can I add a weapon experimentation tape wihout losing it to the mod?

If the CA you are going to add is greater than the one in the bandolier it will stick but you will lose the original one.
They don't stack.
So basically you wouldn't want to do it.
This is just based on my readings, not something that I've ever tried.

You can't put 2 of the same attachments in the same piece of clothing. if you put a +5 over the +3 you will end up with just the +5
