as a master you will get 100points of weaponsmith experimentation. This means when crafting you can experiment 10 times

So to be a 12 point smith you need 120 points of weaponsmith experimentation

the weaponsmith toolkit gives +3 exper not +5 tho

To answer your question, you would still be a 10 point weaponsmith.

In order to become a 12 point weaponsmith you would need a +20 bonus to your weapon experimentation. My MW also has +20 to assembly on top of the +10 to assembly racial bonus.

Now you ask how do I get +20 to experimentation? Well you are already on your way with the bandolier. However if you are using the Weaponsmith Tool Belt this only gives you a +3 to experimentation not +5. Meaning you would still need to pick up 17 points in Weapon Experimentation CA's to become a +20 Weaponsmith.

Hope this clarifies things for ya.

A jumper is two, and a three pointer is quite obviously three.

The only way to do it is through ca/aa

But the remaining 2 pts only help you add condition or take down HAM costs so dont worry about it too much
