what are these used for? the ones i got are

min dmg 20

max dmg 90

wound 10

are these any good?

I believe they're only specifically used in C12's, C22's, Cryobans and Glops...

Those are standard stats on a kliknik gland and are pretty worthless ultimately

They are for enhancing grenades. Though not many people use them because they don't come in large quantities and that's really all people want with grenades. You could really pack a punch with one of these in a Proton Grenade.

They can only be used in low level grenades, same for acklay venom.
