Krayt tissue and form fitted stocks help out carbines. Best to check with your local/servers weaponsmiths. As far as what carbine is the best carbine we just make the weapons.. although I have had a few requests for custom elite carbines.

a good carbineer needs an EE3 a DXR6 and a Laser carbine. this gives you medium ap, energy heat and acid damage which is every damage type a carbineer can do. using base stat tissues and a form fitted stock it will be much easier to hit the speed cap and a damage slice would be better then. without those 2 your going to need a speed slice unless you have +25 in SEA's or BH carbines. so find a WS on your server, and have him make you one with base stat (or better if you can afford it) tissues and form fitted stocks and make one of each of those. hope it helps
