Thread: Request of Weapon Smiths: Custom Order Sticky

I know that this isnt an auction board and Im not going to post an order on this thread but rather respectfully request a sticky from weaponsmiths. I am a MDoc/MCM with only pistols 4 in marksman and have posted numerous times on the bria trade forum asking for weaponsmiths that would accept custom orders for Krayted/Sliced/Loot enhanced/Etc weapons and have never gotten a reponse. I was wondering if it would be possible to have a sticky added to the top of your Forum for those individuals with custom orders? I know this is a long shot, but I was hoping since its not items but rather service to create paticular, specific items that this is something that might be considered by the weaponsmith community. I hope this is taken as a respectful request and nothing more. Also if such a thread already exists if someone can sticky it. Thank you all for your time.

Look there for your server.
That is a list of WS's and their various skill levels. Email or message one in game and I'm sure you can get your weapon made.

I will add......most likely why you haven't got a reply. We get swamped with guildmates and friends, so it's hard to take on more.
Last night I made 8 Enhanced Vk's, 4 Krayt Pistols and 1 Beserker Rifle custom orders.

The problem may be the offer.
Facts MWS just cannot get this for themselves. They need the loot provided. If the MWS has the loot they have to charge more then the loot is worth. Most people just refuse to pay what a krayt dh17 is worth. I remember makeing 1 since dh17s are like my specialty and being told it wasnt worth a wooden nickle. I eventually ended up haveing to use it for myself.
Here is what you want to do. Get yourself a krayt tissue or two. Thats about all you need for the pistols. Travel about find a MWS online. First thing offer to pay them to make your gun. Do not go and be dumb by asking are you a 12 point smith. Trust me ona lowlevel weapon it matters not at all, and worse you may offend the person your talking to. Same thing goes for force.
Here are the questions you ask to judge whether its a competent weaponsmith.
Do you provide advanced scopes. What are the stats. 40 plus accuracy is a good measure.
What stats are your power handlers 20 to 40 are good.
Ask how much do you charge for a custom assembly. For a dh17 plus a krayt abph it shouldnt cost you more then a pitance.
Other then that you have to just jump on the trade forum with willing to pay 7 million for a krayt dh17. Otherwise nobody will make one.

If you ask around you can usually find a weaponsmith who does custom orders. Check the list of weaponsmiths stickied and sent an email to a few of them. Also you need to be a tiny bit persistant.. meaning send them a tell every once and a while. Respectfully persistent. Wait till they have been online for a bit before sending them a tell.. I dont enjoy getting 2-3 tells before even fully logging in. Usually the weaponsmith will tell you if they do custom orders and what not... dont insult the weaponsmith by saying stuff like will you use your good stuff(99% of the timewe areusing the best stuffwe have). The best you can do is askwhere there vendors are and then check out there vendors. Then ask how your loot will ehance the weapon.
If you are nice and respectful most weaponsmiths will be happy to help. Also dont expect to ask some weaponsmith for his krayt tissues and what not. Some might have some loot but most dont have the money or want to risk buying there own enhanced loot.
