As the subject states Icouldusea little info from some of you experienced WS. I'm looking for a Heavy Lightning Rifle and was wondering if this would be possible and what I might expect the damage stats to be. I would like to get the SAC around 85 and the speed to around 2.3-2.4. My question is with these two conditions will there be any points left to experiment in damage, and if so putting everything else into MIN. Damage. What could i expect the min. and max damage on the rifle to be, and of course that is assuming using highest resources and looted components possible. I am not and never have been a crafter, so I have no idea if this is a stupid question. If so, my apologies. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

I can't be of much help, but just to let you know, Min damage is tied to Max damage. You experiment on the max damage and the Min. damage is dragged up with it. Once you hit your max damage for your resources, you can't experiment any more into Min. damage.

Looted stocks will add +25 to the min damage, but at a large SAC penalty.

These stats are possible. If you use enahnced power cells to make the weapon, which I think the HLR takes 4 (someone correct me if I'm wrong). With some 180ish power cells you should be able to cap the max damage at 1150, the SAC at 82, and probably be able to get the speed in the 2.6-2.7 range. The min damage should be right around 490 (guessing at this). Use an NPC bounty looted scope to help get the speed down. So, the speed you seek is attainable with a speed slice. Although if you were hoping for a critical slice, I would think 2.6 is still within an acceptable range. Also, I base all of my information on being a post CU weaponsmith, so if you can find someone with the nice pre CU converted stuff, they should be able to meet your speed requirements with the same damage and SAC

HLR takes 4 identical power handlers, so you'd need 5 krayt or 5 EPC's.
