I got a set of 3 casings with these stats
183 Damage
Speed -.078
-8 Attach Cost
I plan on ADKing it, and supposedly thee best ws on the server will be making it so can he cap it out?

Oh yeah that can easily cap the damage and with a good barrel you should be able cap sac too. If you can get someone with fast scopes (looted BH are nice), a 12 point weaponsmith could probably cap that too. And you can get 3 made with those so you could sell 2.
