I've currently got a decent starting business on Dantooine. However, I was considering dropping architect and mastering master to allow more vendors. I was thinking about setting up another shop on another planet. Has anyone done this and has sales proven worth the effort and time?
Thanks.

Each to their own, but I prefer to just have vendors in one place. Keeping different locations bothstocked would take more time than I have, andI suspectmore time than it's reallyworth, especially if you are in a location that has other stuff players want close by at your main location.

Well.... I started with a single vendor in my little workshop on Lok.....
..... moved on to a large house outside Theed.....
......moved into a large, busy shared mall outside Coronet....
..... was invited to place vendors in another 2 busy malls outside Theed and Mining Outpost....
..... kept up all 3 for a few months....
..... saw sense and consolidated into one shared mall I run myself on Dantooine. phew....
Running vendors on multiple planets brings in much more business and gets your name known wider... but it's a lot of work!

Yeah it is a bit more work, but really only in time it takes to travel. Don't know about other servers, but on Valcyn the high traffic areas seem to change every couple of months. One month its Lok. Next it is Talus. Then maybe Rori. With vendors on multiple planets, you have a better chance of being where the action is.
