Anyone else experiencing similar?

I make mine at -20 and stop there and head for speed reduction from there. However, I made my batch pre-buff implementation at -20 sac too. My speed hit is lower on the pre-buff stuff, and I have absolutely the #1 resources ever to spawn on the server. To top it off, when I'm making schems, I just keep going til I get all amazings. So, this puzzles me as it appears all is "perfect" to compare pre-buff stuff to.

This is the same with the scopes for me.

On the contrary, my ABPH's are improved, barrels too.
