Thread: what kind of scatter can I expect to be made?

my friend asked me to get a scatter made for him. he just started two weeks ago, and is dirt poor. But is close to novice BH. I dont want to give him one of my pre nerf krayted ones, because, those are to good for a novice. 
but I told him i would get him a decent one. I collected a few parts, and wondered what a MWS could do with them. what should I expect?

I have a high velocity feeder that says max damage 20.
under the current system, what sort of stats can I look for one a scatter made with this stuff.

Okay the krayt tissues will work the projectile feed wont. A scatter use a power handler projectile pistol barrel.
Mine without enhancement are doing 121 151 2.2 speed. So you should be able to make a 151 181 1.9 speed, or a 178 209
Things to ask for. Think of how often your friend buffs and specials that will tell you what kind of scope you want a low ham or high accuracy, also ask the smith if they got a loot barrel to tap onto it that can add a few more points to damage

krayt tissue onlyaffects max damage and speed, not min damage.
