What would the price for 5 x Enhanced Power Cells +183 damage -0.78 speed and -7 special attack cost be? and what can be done with those?

Also to answer the other part of your question, they can be used to enhance any weapon that requires a blaster power handler (most energy weapons)

I know what they r used for but i was meaning that what stat pistol can be made with that ? A scatter maybe?

I think he means Have A Nice Day! I have seen a set of 6 go for 10 million recently on the Chilastra server.
