Ive made a couple of 1.9/370-966/SAC 65 Feathers so Im pretty sure there will be some like that on your server aswell
High SAC, Low Max damage. For an ADK you would want a SAC of 66ish and a max damage over 920 methinks.
Not saying I would throw it away mind you, just stating my opinion.
Damage: 399.60 - 1043.28 (+29.60/77.28)
Elemental: 0
Base DPS: 351.58 => 379.71 (+28.13 = +8.00%)

What am I overlooking here? Aret the other stats (besides SAC) important?
Can you recommend a good guide to all the caps on all weapons?
You need to look at base DPS when comparing weapons as you can only see the modified DPS when you are holding the weapon. Your Base DPS is 307 on that weapon.
That being said most people will tell you that the DPS is quite inacurrate as it doesnt take into consideration the special multipliers and so forth.
My advice would be to look at each stat individually and compare weapons that way
