u think its possible to be able to cap speed at 1.73 on pistols from 2.0ish speed(im postCU)?

Well, let's look at the equation.

2.0 starting speed x 0.88 (new speed after 12% slice) = 1.76 speed.

I wouldn't say you're dumb. I think the fact that damage and speed slicing is a total from the base stats of the weapon confuses alot of people. I know I've had to answer that question for friends before.
