That's quite a tall order. Besides, it varies slightly with resources used.

yeah if varies with resources, I find the typical values are between 126 and 130 with great resources.

And weapon crafted too I would think...

Without my advanced stocks, my Heavy Weapons are about 122 or 123 SAC while my Rifles are 109-111...

Ahh, you must be talking about experimenting on the components......hehe I was thinking more along the lines of not including optional components nor experimenting in efficiency on any component.....I guess I was talking true default value globally instead of aweapon per weapon basis. For purpose of default values though, I'd have to say any optional items need be omitted because if they are not, then the default values aren't true defaults, they would be modified values then.....and I was thinking of unmodified values (like having a zero value on all SAC for all components).

ON a weapon per weapon basis though, it would be impossible to really find all the default values since every component is different and affects different stats......also it's server dependant and the type of resources they have. So for the question at hand, it would take doing this for every server to of any real use.

My advice is to simply craft 10 or so of each weapon and write down the values you get and determine your own defaults based on your resources and such. That would be more useful as far as for reference......anything else is not because every WS don't have the exact same resources.
