höchst is actually the correct word, meaning supreme or paramount.
Maybe we should start refering to those customers as der Verlierer (p. der Ver-leer-er (male usage)) or der Verliererin (p. der Ver-leer-er-in (female)), which literally translates as "loser".

to me that means something you don't know yet, rather than something you have... I don't know... forgotten.
