Well tested on a Czerka dart carbine using same resources same pfm, using different barrel, one was 8-20 -0.97, other was 15-41 -1.29.
Stats:
1)
2.24 Speed
354-762
2)
2.27 Speed
247-741
Both were experimented to max damage and both had 3 points in speed (both amazing successess). Seems that the damage on the components is right except that speed bonus is only a tenth of what it says in the component. Anyone get results like this?

I think this may be intended. Lets look at some numbers.
Lets assume Im crafting a weapon that requires an advanced barrel and an advanced Power Handler (or PFM, doesnt matter, the game treats both the same now).
If I have the perfect set of materials (ie, I can reach 99%/100% exp in a line), I can achieve -2.0 spd on the Power Handler and -2.0 spd on the Barrel. If these just added together, that would produce a gun with a speed modified by the components of -4.0.
That doesnt make much sense given the fact that most already have a speed less than 4. It seems they got around this issue by having the components speed have a multiplier (in this case, .1) in order to better control the final product.
Just something to consider when deciding where to put the exp points (and in truth, its become a much harder decision with the three lines in each component).
