Thread: Lightning Rifle What's the point?

What's the point of having the Lightning Rifle? It's CL14, certed at Novice BH, and crappier than the LLC.
The LLC is CL30, certed at Novice BH and has almost double the Base DPS of the Lightning Rifle.
Anybody have any idea what CL the BHs have at novice, with nothing else?

Need to be a higher level (30) to use the better weapon then opposed to the lower level (14) one
