As we all know as the condition of a weapon decreases the damage also decreases. Is there a formula for at what % decay the weapon has to be at when it starts losing damage. Also, is there a formula for how much damage the weapon continues to lose as the weapon decays?

I don't know if I asked this clearly, but I was wondering it there is something that says (for example) at 50% weapon conditition the damage goes down 10% then for every percentage point below 50% weapon condition the weapon will lose 5% damage capablities.
