What NPC's are these looted from? The Avatar Guards? Thanks for the help in advance

Random loot from avatar platform
I need the schem now and wanted to know if there was a quest for that or what. I didn't find the cabinet in hte med center that was supposed to have it

umm you need the quest that starts on teh avatar itself. and it is in a lockbox not the cabinet
to start the quest for the lock boxes you need to get to the area where there are 5 wookiees in an area with 6 cells. it is in the north western corner of the avatar. the wookiees are yellow on the map.
and before you go into the area there is a white jawa NCP infront of the cells.
hard to miss.
and remeber you need to press the release button to get the quest for the lock boxes. and the next time you go up to the avatar remeber to press the "do the do not press" button
. funnest thing evah... and then after you do that you can get the item from the lock box via typing in the code.
