This is going to seem odd, but I'd like to try and make the worst pistol possible. I won't say why, but I'm sure you can figure it out. I tried building a CDEF with the lowest Cond / OQ materials I could find, but basically ended up with the dmg at 17/37/ I was wondering in the clever WS's on this board had any ideas on how to build the worst blaster in the game.

Ohh and try to use all your skill points att same time which could result in critical fail and guns experimented damage tabdrops to 0%

Weapons have minimum stats.

Most regular, run-of-the-mill looted weapons carry these minimum stats, and they cannot be crafted any lower. Pretty sure 17/37 is the base for CDEFs.
