This is by far the most-asked question on the boards, and this is the best answer I've yet to see.
Since those going for weaponsmith have an EXTREMELY limited list of things they can sell before they hit master, I believe this post should be floating at the top of the page.
This is by far the most useful post I've found on these boards since release, and sign away if you agree.

I just wanted to give credit where it's due. Best and most helpful post I've seen.
If we could add to it, a way to figure out the schematic # without the trial & error method, we should include that as well!
I'm going to see what we can do about an updated FAQ, preferably organized with convenient links in one mega-thread.
.. Once I get the free time for it after the monstrosity of a vehicle patch tomorrow!
