In the past here ahd been no evidence that it would have any effect. But has that changed (in upcoming patch)? I am going to buy a station and if it is not used I can buy any station for a a couple of thousand cr instead of paying premium prices for a high level station.

BTW, when you look at crafting stations on vendore, is it possible to see if the station has storage module or not?
