OK I just mastered Weaponsmith.

I havent made many (well any) special weapons yet (other than the advanced components) as Ive been building up my stock of materials and learning all the info I can.

I want to make my first 'special' weapon. Its going to be an Elite E11 Carbine (I have bought the schematic)

So Id like your advice.

Obviously top materials I can come by, and use all advanced sub-components.

What enhancers should I look at ?

As this is a special I am assuming its use will be my masters / advanced carbine users and speed is not as big an issue. They will be seeking min/max damage and ? low HAM ?

How much should I spend on getting these enhancers ? That sort of thing.
