To answer your questions.

You need to make sure you have the following:
Good crafting tools. Get a Master artisan to make you a "Weapon, Droid and General Crafting Tool". You want and effectivenes of 14+
Cost between 500-2000 credits from a master artisan
Good crafting station. Don't use the public ones. You want a "Private Weapon, Droid and General Item Crafting Station" of effective ness 40+
Cost between 20,000 and 40,000 from a Master Architech
and also these wep scopes i hardly see annyone crat weps with them on?? is there a reason?? r they not good?? does it lower the stats on the weps??
People don't often craft guns with scopes on because they add to the HAM cost and dont give any extra damage. All my rifles and carbines come with a scope, because at master with good materials you can experiment the effiency line fully and end up with a HAM of 0-0-0, so all you guns to the basic +10 to hit and +2% Wound for no extra HAM cost.
Some advice to you. Never put normaly stocks on rifles, its not worth it. I tend to only use advanced stocks and experiment the damage line fully. Some people always fight buffed, so they dont care about the HAM cost, but like the extra 35 max and 35 min damage it can add to a gun, where as some people often fight without buffs, so an extra 29-29-29 on the HAM is not for them. I tend to make a mix of both for my vendor so people have a choice.
A few other tips while i'm in a posting mood:
Label your weapons REALLY clearly. This lets people see if they are sliced or not, and also makes shopping easier. I find the following label system works really well.
[Special Things] MinDamage-Max Damage - Speed - Name [Crafter]
for instance
[Buffers Edition] 93-418 - 6.3 - Laser Carbine [Mondo-Win]

I use scopes on every single firearm that will take one....I usually experiment HAM down to 0 and whatever extra in range....it adds +16 ideal range and 0 HAM...why not use em?

you forgot to add that 0Ham scopes still add 1HAM at then end anyway.
if you got good stuff you can instead do+13 1ham scopes right away

I run two lines of scopes and one of stocks
Range master scopes: Ham 10 11 10 Range +31 W5
Easy Aim Scopes: Ham 3 3 3 Range +21
Stocks: 40-40 +.3 Ham 28 28 28
I would like to know why my scopes never show up on my guns though... I find it rather annoying.

Howdy;
And even if hand made, some scopes don't show on certain weapons. The Type-2 seems to show on pistols and most or the rifle / carbine.
