Hi all,

I have done a search on this but most of the information is old, so I want to confirm what I have read.

From what I understand, the quality of Control Units and Power Conditioners does not matter for weapons. Also, it seems as though for spraysticks, where the Control Unit is an optional component, adding it does not improve the weapon at all.

Can anyone confirm this for me? It looks like I can make some pretty nice stun batons, judging from my resources once I get some power conditioners made.

Too bad I just dropped master artisan last week to free up some much needed skill point s.

Confirmed.. I use the lowest qual materials possible to make these and they offer no stats to the final product.

Thanks for the info, but that (like so many other things in SWG) is just disappointing. The primary reason I am a Master Artisan is to help with my weaponsmithing. I always took pride in using the best resources I could get my grubby little hands on. Now I find out I have made a huge mistake (much like the one I made when purchasing the piece of crap)...

Sorry for the negativity guys and gals. This is just another small problem that I toss into that huge pile of other problems with this game...
