I looted 11 identical projectile feed mechanisms. 30 max dam, min 13 and speed -0.228. how much would this be worth?

Are they enhancements, or actual projectile feed mechs? If they're just projectile feed mechanisms, the stats aren't all that great. I'm sure someone would want them, but I am pretty sure I can build those with better stats.
