Thread: Nade and Mine enhancers question
Currently. The only explosives that actually have enhancers are glops and cryos. This has been a long standing issue. That pretty much just gets totally ignored by most people. (Save commandos and the few WS who actually make mines and grenades)
It's something I personally find greatly annoying. As quite frankly, without acklay venom. Most grenades are just junk. Including proton grenades (Which are a master box cert to boot). The dots suck, they hardly ever stick in some cases. (Though that issue is being adressed in the far flung future supposedly) and the min is so far off the max that half the time even though you can produce a grenade with 1500+ damage. It'll more often than not hit for around 500-600 before armor. And after armor maybe only hit for like 250 kinda thing.
Add that to the cool down timers and the only thing most of them are good for is PVE where oddly they seem to hit for max damage far more often, and dots. Of which the only useful ones are currently contained within Glops (Blind) and Cryobans (Crappy snare/attack slowdown that hardly ever sticks and lasts all of 50-10 seconds). ALl this for up to a minute or more of a cooldown timer on the grenade.
Unless it's changed from the last time I looked, C22's also have a slot that takes kliknik glands or acklay venom, for what it's worth.
Wow, nice glop, betcha don't want to stand too close when you throw that.
