Thread: can you assemble above 29%

Seems like I am always at 29% with amazing... with out amazing always the same... is this the cap on assembly?

30% is the cap on assembly. I can hit it on some melee weapons (Sunrunner 1000SR iron and Steel).

I've hit 100% experiment, but that was with buff, 29% assembly. There aint no 1000SR stuff on Flurry

what assembly does everyone get right after assembling an alr? 28% or 29% (b4 experimenting)?
