its got niceaction costbut the max dmg is a bit too low to use imo.. mabey somone thats just focused on SAC would like it

They are decent, I have some advanced blaster pistol barrels that were looted with almost exact same stats. Problem is you lose some max damage and +15 extra min damage normally isnt worth it really. But I would use em in some scatters just for the hell of it. Oh and what did you loot them from?
