I was just wondering a few things:
What is the min/max damage cap on these?
How many tissues do they take?

1184 max dmg (if you can hit this while crafting).. otherwise 1183 max dmg on an 8% dmg slice by a smuggler.
You need 1 trando rifle barrel and 4 identical tissues...

I have a question about this weapon also. I bought the schem but have scoured the bizar and vendor search. there dosent seem to be a place for the barrel shouldnt it be in the components section ? Finaly they through us a bone to compete with the quest weapons and they even manage to botch it by hideing the component requried on the vendors. Typical SOE.

You won't find Thrandosian Barrels on the bazaar. They are rare, looted from Thrandosian Avatar Guards if you're lucky. Also, the boss-spawn at the Keren part of the Secrets of Syren quest *may* drop one. The price on a barrel on Eclipse is not set yet as far as I know, but I've seen them go for up to 800k (which is way to much imho).

If someone has one for sale on a vendor it should show up in Components/Ranged when doing a vendor search from the bazaar.
