You need to get SAC lower, I recommend getting the ABPH down to -9. Not sure what happened with that 95 SAC pistol but that is way too high, take those to the pistoleer forums and they'll agree

/agree the sac was high on that one.
Hard to make low Sac high damage pistols with only 130's
The ABPH i spec to -8 sac. And for some damn reason i have 1 exp box left and when i use it it doesnt change!
In fact for some reason since they fixed the experimentation bug i can no longer hit 948 Cap they all stop at 930 even when i fully experiment. lol i had one today 930 DMG and i experimented the last 2 boxes with amazing sucess and no change.
