Did you actually see this weapon? My gut says it's aleftover from the double-slicing exploit.

It would be an expensive weapon, that's for sure.
It would depend on your server but this is what would be needed on mine.
Base Weapon : 751 max damage, 4.2 spd.
Add form fitting stock : +30 max, -0.5 spd = 781 max / 3.7 spd
Add 5 Krayt tissues : +100 max, -1.0 spd = 881 max / 2.7 spd
Add speed slice of 30%+ : -0.8 spd = 881 max / 1.9 spd
On my server this weapon would cost between 2 and 4 million to make. You probably wouldn't suceed on your first attempt as a 30%+ speed slice happens about one in ten tries. However on the up side you could probably re-sell any weapons that didnt get the great speed slice for about the same as you paid to create them. You will also be facing horrible losses due to critical fails and bad builds.

A few weeks agoI made Bah'yian an LLC with mediocre Krayt Tissues (30'sdamage) which took it to about 820 damage. I was lucky enough to get a 30% speed slice and that took it to 3.4 speed. While doing specials (cone or single) I noticed that I am right at the 1 shot per 1.x seconds. A 1.9 speed LLC is overkill on speed because to get it there the base speed would have to be in the mid 3.x range. At that speed you would hit themax per second shot. So if a LLC can be made that fast at base then you would want a damage slice for sure. Figure at 800 damage and a 30% damage slice would take it to 1040 max roughly.
Base Weapon : 755 max damage, 4.4 spd.
Add form fitting stock : +30 max, -0.5 spd = 785 max /3.9 spd
Add 5 Krayt tissues : +54 max, -2.02 spd =839 max /1.9 spd
