Is there a big jump in damage?

or really not worth the effort?

Damage ranges to worse than you can normally craft, to better

one area you will notice is that geno cores have better range modifiers for the most part than what you can craft.

I've never used yellow cubes for making geo cores. I use all the ones I get on DXR6 rifles so far. So dunno.. Someone else can possibly answer your question. sorry.

Made a couple last week. I had 2 yellow cubes that I couldn't use for a scythe, so I figured what the hell. I remember the cores came out to 61/61 and the final Hammers were in the 475-478 max damage range. I had a moderate success on each. Cabt tell you off the top of my head what my normal hammers are, but these were a good 20-25 points better

if u use yellow cubes 10-10 + agents +10 then u shall have a product that is 10-20 dmg better then ur normal hammer... easy as that .... this is not the case for swordcores but it is for geo reinforced cores

My stock power hammer sits on 138-469/5.3.

I often build geonosian enhanced power hammers for my guild. With decent yellow cubes and agents, I've gotten the damage to just a hair over 500.

Because the damage boost is in relation to the base weapon statline I believe that the best bang for buck comes from weapons with a lower stat line as base. 20-30 extra damage means a small percentile boost in a power hammer's performance, but represent a large increase for a stun baton.

Additionally, though the range mods for looted geo cores are better it's important to note that they only have range mods for IDEAL - leaving PB and Max range to suffer the full weight of any inherent inaccuracies to the base weapon - though I am unsure the practical effect this has, espcially if standoff range happens to be ideal but to me it looks like to get the full benefit you have to constantly manage your stand off distance. Either which way, for something like a power hammer, it's pretty disastrous. Crafted geo cores have mods on all three bands.

My main problem is finding enough power cubes to make the geo cores with, so I generally use looted cores for Sythe Blades and my own cores for power hammers.

what are the stats on a advanced reinforcement core Vs. a geo reinforcement core usin yellow cubes and solidifying agaents?

problem boils down crafted or looted cores. Well crafted ones have better range and speed, and slightly better damage. I have fun with an acklay bone hammer I made the other day, 195 max damage on the bone, come to 5.9 speed, 202-623 damage, it got a 32% damage slice, and after a power-up it hit 986 max

My best geo power hammer overall was 482max damage 5.4speed but the kicker was the ideal range, it was +13 incread of my normal -25-30ish

It was 12 better damage than normal. It was a loot drop, not crafted

With crafted cores made with yellow cubes I hit 485 max damage and 5.5-5.4 speed most all the time with great mods. I use one for pve with a good damage slice to 600 max damage.
