Weaponsmith Archive

Can someone tell me where I can find a Weaponsmith trainer? I have enough crafting experience...just can't find the person

I've read the FAQ and I did a search for the answer...but couldn't find any. I even went to allakhazam.com...and there isn't a weaponsmith guide there.

A weaponsmith trainer in what city?

(assuming your in a game generated city, ie Anchorhead, Bestine) and not a player city.. who knows where they are in aplayercity

supposedly the command /findmytrainer works.. but i've never had any luck with it?

Anyway, the WS trainer in Bestine is in the central courtyard, inside the PAhall like building, straight ahead. The merchant, armorsmith, and a few other trainers are there as well. (thats how it is on Valcyn anyway )

Yeah, go to the guild halls in pretty much any city. Not all cities will have a trainer, but you'll be able to tell if there is one. Usually you'll find them in a room, standing behind a desk or something, and there will be a bunch of cool looking weapons hung up on the walls (unfortunately, it appears we can't make OUR weapons look like that -- things like T21s with visible stocks). Anyway, that's one good place to check. I believe that's where I gotmy novice box. Be prepared for a long grind, though.

Tip: if you want to sell what you make, make WUKs. 20 metal and, I believe, 10 chemical (any cheap steel and fiberplast should work).

If you want to just grind quickly, I hear projectile pistol barrels are good. I did the grind with WUKs and the occasional D18.

Go back to Allakhazam andlook at the bottom of the menu on the left: Trainers.
