Not to take away from your fine profression, but my christmas gift turned out to be a pair of wool socks rather than the super duper slot car track I always wanted. Huh? what the?

I'm referring to my holocron gift. I'm basically a combat character and now my holocron told me to *gasp* master weaponsmith.

I haven't gotten a clue on how to do this. I looked at the sill tree and the amount of XP needed is huge. At this rate it'll be a year before I master weaponsmith. Are there any tips or tricks to crafting? Are there certain items that give you more XP than others?

Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.

lf you know how to use a harvestor put it on lots of steel.and have lots of harvestors...yes look around on the forumsyuo should find plenty to help you....good luck..heh

Well my friend, I also got the weaponsmith holocron. I had to surrender ALL of my master commando. Anyway, I find that crafting rifle barrels to get the general crafting xp works best, and I hear that crafting metal staffs works best for weapon xp. It will need LOTS of metal though. I have just begun yesterday and have already used 20k of copper and 11k of steel. Hope this helps.

Hay, I say you got a good holocron... This gives you a chance to get to know the profession that is making the weapons you have been using so far.
