Do the Geonosian Sword or Reinforced cores use powercubes or any other limiting component?

they take power cubes or solidifying agent on the sword cores, not sure about the reinforced.

reinforced needs cubes aswell

It's not an either/or thing. The schematics require power cubes, and the solidifying agent is an optional enhancement.
