Can flamethrower be krayt enhanced? if not what makes them pack the best punch?

yes, Flamethrowers can be Krayt enhanced.

You would require 5 identical Krayt tissues to have such a flame thrower built.

Yup and really the best tissues to use are those with High speed decreases since that is really the big point with flamers for the most part... last krayt flamer i made we used regular barrels and power handlers... the damage came out about the same as a normal flamer but the speed was almost a full 1 sec faster (used -0.7 tissues)
