From reading this forum and experimenting on my own the fastest unsliced VK I can come up with has a speed of 2.0 (using lightweight VK units). Is it possible to get faster ones with Nightsister components? According to the theroretical max experimentation thread I maxed the experimentation on the ones I made. Again, this is just for speed and not damage so the damage on them is lower than if an AVBU was used but it seems that all the AVBU's that folks were posting had speeds of 2.2. Thanks for any info!

I don't understand how the whole capping thing works. If these were 35% speed sliced down to 1.3 they would still be able to get 1.3 out of them right? That shaves .1 speed off for those who care. I just build what the customer wants. ^.^ These were custom orders and I sold them for a good price, I was just curious about how fast they could actually be.

Lightweight motors are the worst thing to use in a VK, crafted vibro motors are better and the Lightweights add a whopping 20 HAM to the specials cost making them about 50+ HAM VK's, this will kill a TK's mind quick even buffed.

Speed is useful for brawler grind or TK novice but a speed sliced VK will be better every time.

As for speed cap, noone can fire a weapon faster than once per second regardless of skills, tapes, or weapon. TK's cap speed around Power III I think so they can use any spd VK.....damage is more important to them.

Ah, that's good to know. Thanks. Not sure why my customers would want these then... but a sale is a sale, lol. Whatever makes the customer happy...
