Thread: Items from crates-creator name bug

Ok, I just recently got into the area of mass producing items and giving them to smugglers to slice for me prior to listing them on my vendors. I noticed when stocking my vendor last night that weapons pulled from crates and then sliced by the smuggler bear HIS name as the item creator, not me. Wasn't this bug fixed AWHILE ago or is it one of those things that we keep hounding SOE about, but never get fixed?

THis is an old bug, wonder if it came back?
They did something in the database with weapon crates. Not sure what, but OLD crates have 1 creator name, NEW crates have two. The info is listed twice.
Seems when you pull from an OLD crate, the gun gets populated with your info.
I have this happening with a crate of 25 pre-nerf FWG5 pistols I found... for 100k 
When I pull them, they look like I made em. Which is fine by me.

Thanks for the reply, just wanted to make sure I wasn't going nuts. Sux that this bug is back. Fortunately I know the smuggler and he's promised to send anyone asking him to make weapons to me.
