So I had an extra one of these and decided to make this. But then I got a speed slice which didn't change the stats at all. So I decided to see if I could get that extra fraction of a tenth of a second down to 0.0 and put a speed power up on it. However, that must have confused the calulator and this happened.

LOL, I made a Gorax spraystick with 0.7 speed and when Power upped it goes to 1.0. I was told it was the speed cap on weapons of any prof, as in if it says 0.7 it's still only 1.0

Any validity on this?
